Do you listen to talk radio?  Don't you realize that's hours a day you could be doing something using to do something more useful like tending to your vegetable garden which may be the only thing feeding you in a few months.

Right wing talk radio host talking points:

1. Economic collapse is caused by democrats only.
2. Obama wants to have each of you picked up by your heels and shaken vigorously so the poor can  easily collect your money.
3. Democrats, the media, and everyone is unfair to Sarah Palin
4. John McCain is our only hope.
5. Big government is bad only if proposed by democrats
6. Media is left biased.

Left Wing Talking Points

1. Obama is our only hope.
2. Obama really is our only hope... really.
3. Palin deficient and smells like old halibut.
4. Greed of big corporations caused the economic collapse
5. Republicans only want to bail out corporations
6. Media is right wing biased

Its disgusting that essentially both sides of the spectrum spend about 5 minutes on the economic downturn, and the rest of the time talking about the same crap over and over again.  Obama bad, McCain good, McCain bad,  Obama good.

Here we are at the cusp of the worse economic downturn ever... and all we hear is the same song over and over.
